8 KEYS TO FREEDOM

Its so strange when I see people complain about not having enough time to be happy, yet, they have ample time to be sad. Happiness to me, is a matter of choice. The only prerequisite you need for success and happiness is to be alive.

My observation is that once you start letting in negative thoughts and unmotivated people, it has the ability to mutilate and
cripple your spirit. Thus, you are broken by negativity - become confrontational and apathetic.

You are going to learn something crucial that will surely have a significant impact on your mindset transformation. 

1st Key - FIDO - Forget It and Drive On

This key has to do with your mindset. It's the key that opens the master door to other doors. I call it FIDO.

In this journey of life, it's expected to make mistakes and taste the negative side of life. Each time you do - don’t get caught up on it or dwell on it too long. 

Dwelling on the past won’t help make your future better, you will only succeed in digging a deeper hole for yourself and the more you keep nursing the pain, the harder it becomes to climb out.

When you make mistakes, or you encounter something negative, pick the
lesson that comes with it and forget the pain. Pick yourself up, brush yourself off, and start all over again.  

Yes! That's my 1st Key to Freedom - FIDO - Forget It and Drive On. 

2nd Key - TON & FOP - Tune Out Negativity & Focus On Positivity

This key is like the ON & OFF switch, like your car remote - You need the TON to Lock the Doors of Depression and the FOP to Unlock the Doors to Freedom.

It’s always easier to find excuses or reasons why something won’t work, but that kind of thinking never created anything great. It’s okay to acknowledge mistakes and difficulties but don’t let them be your sole focus. 

Instead, keep a positive attitude and truly believe that you can overcome any obstacle, achieve anything you truly desire, and become the person you were meant to be.

Hold this key to always open the doors to your freedom. 

Each time you are faced with any setback, failure, depression, or any mistake, Always remember these two keywords.....

- TON "Tune Out Negativity" & FOP "Focus On Positivity".

3rd Key - ReNeP - Remove Negative People

Search your network - are there negative people on your list? ...Remove Them.

That is what this key is saying - Remove Negative people from your network, or else it will crash. With them, there is no freedom. They will only succeed in bringing you down to their level instead of rising up to yours. That is their passion - They prevent themselves from seeing any good around them. 

Surround Yourself With People Who Share Your Passions – The 'it is possible' people - those that will always tell you 'how not to do it', not 'why it can't be done'. Enthusiasm is contagious, the same way Negativity is infectious. Negative people are not only harmful to themselves, they are harmful to everyone around them. Freedom is a direct reflection of positivity.

Are you thinking of freedom...? You want to be free of stagnation....?

Then, ReNeP - Remove Negative People - from your network.

4th Key - PATO - Pay Attention To Opportunities

There is this saying that a time of disarray is also a moment of opportunity. There are always two ways of looking at problems, they are either obligations or opportunities,  setbacks or learning experiences. 

This key is saying - Out of clutter, find Simplicity. From Discord, find Harmony. In the middle of difficulty lies Opportunity. Accept yourself as you are. Otherwise, you will never see an opportunity. You will not feel free to move toward it; you will feel you are not deserving.

Let us always take a lesson from the mosquito. She never waits for an opening - she makes her way to suck your blood. Limitations live only in our minds. But if we use our imaginations, our possibilities become limitless. So, in times of adversity - Pay Attention To Opportunities (PATO) - it gives Freedom.

Instead of thinking, “I can't because of......”, approach life with the mindset of “This is an opportunity for me to ....”. Life has taught me that the only limits to the possibilities in our lives tomorrow are the buts we use today.

5th Key - BAD - Be A Doer

Have you ever made a move in agreement with your dream but couldn't overcome your inertia, maybe for a problem you either experienced or foreseen? It’s easy to overthink a problem and lose your momentum. One of my masters calls it “paralysis by analysis”, it is very dangerous because it can sidetrack you from your freedom.

This key says - Be A Doer (BAD) - don’t be afraid to run with your dream. You will make mistakes, but you can learn from them so 
that you can make good progress next time. When you make an error, have the maturity to admit it, figure out what went wrong, and move on.  Don't shirk responsibility. Be A Doer.

6th Key - KISS - Keep Important Secrets Secret

There are some people we call Dream Killers. I am not talking about the witches & witchcraft in the village - they are here all around you. They are your close associates, some of them you are going to enjoy this weekend together with - TGIF.

NOT WHAT YOU ARE THINKING - THEY ARE NOT YOUR SO-CALLED ENEMIES - THEY ARE ACTUALLY YOUR FRIENDS AND LOVE ONES.

They don’t mean you any harm, but you are not meant to share your secrets with them. Your dreams & ideas are parts of your secrets to freedom, keep it secret. That's what this key is saying - Keep Important Secrets Secret - KISS. 

Mind the people you share your secrets with, especially if its an idea at its infant stage. Some people will automatically inject fear and doubt into your plans, rendering them inept. Just bcos they see in you what they fear to do. The sight of you going for your dreams reminds them of their lack of courage.

Ask the successful people around you - what the secrets of their success are, and they will tell you - one of them is the Ability to Keep Secrets Secret.

Now that you know -  Hold Your Lips and Go for Your Freedom.

7th Key - FAP  - Fearless And Persist

I have seen many people spend their time looking for quick-fix solutions that never existed and later become frustrated when they fail to find one. Anything worthwhile in life requires time and effort. The reason this key is saying - Fearless And Persist - FAP -. If one lacks this key, I am afraid  s/he may achieve nothing.

Success is not for the most intelligent, but for the one who continues running while others are resting.  You can just take a look at a child learning how to work. I am sure you will pick a great lesson from the way s/he falls - cries - and gets back on his or her feet. Growing is painful - there is no gain without pain. 

Fear will surely come, but don't fear the fear & give up. Be fearless and persist, persistence breaks resistance. 

8th Key - PITOK - Prayer Is The Original Key

This is my last key to freedom - the original key that makes all the 1st 7keys work perfectly - that is Prayer - it doesn't have a duplicate.

Yes....! Prayer Is The Original Key - PITOK.

You must get GOD involved in your journey of life - HE is the only one that can guarantee your total freedom. Prayer opens all doors - but pls, don't get it twisted. Prayer alone does not get the job done.

In the rules of life, prayer cannot replace action. So, don’t be lazy around praying when you are meant to take action. Just imagine what the fate of David would have been if the only thing he did was to kneel down and pray when faced with that silly giant? 

Don't slothfully engage in prayer when you are meant to confront your Goliath. Prayer is a perfect compliment to Other keys, not a perfect replacement - kindly note. 

The miracle you pray for is the result of an action you will have to take.

So, together with the other keys, always use this original key - Prayer.

Now that you have The KEYS - 

Always remember - .“You are free the moment you do not look outside yourself for someone to solve your problems”.
